The correct option is A When it is passed by both the Houses and gets the assent of the President
An ordinary bill can be introduced in either House of the Parliament. It is sent to other House once it is passed by the House in which it is introduced. The other can house can reject, or suggest amendments or pass the bill. If the second House passes the bill without any amendments or the First House accepts the amendments suggested by the Second House the bill is deemed to have been passed by both the Houses and the same is sent to the President for his assent. If he gives his assent on the bill , the bill becomes an Act and is placed on the Statute book.
