Given: Length is given as $10 m .$
Breadth $= 6 m$
Diameter of the semi-circle $= 6 m$
Radius of semi-circle $= \frac{6}{2} = 3 m$
Area of oval shaped table $=$ Area of the rectangle $+ 2 \times$ Area of semi circles
$= l e n g t h \times b r e a d t h + 2 \times π r^{2}$
$= 10 \times 6 + 3.14 \times 3 \times 3$
$= 60 + 3.14 \times 9$
$= 88.26 m^{2}$
Cost of polishing $1 m^{2} = R s . 5.75$
Total cost of polishing the table $= R s . 88.26 \times 5.75 = R s . 507.495$
