Sol: According to the question,

$n\left(S\right)=25$

Multiple of $8$ between $1$ to $25$ are $\{8,16,24\}=3$

And multiple of $11$ between $1$ to $25$ are $\{11,22\}=2$

Hence the probability that the number on one ticket is the multiple of $8$ and other that of $11$ is

$\frac{3}{25}\times \frac{2}{24}=\frac{1}{100}$
