All three statements are correct about the class Ascomycetes. Ascomycete is a type of fungus e.g., penicilium, yeast etc. They have branched and septate mycelium. Mycelium is made up of a network of hyphae. These hyphae obtain nutrients from the surroundings. During the asexual mode of reproduction, Ascomycetes produce conidia on conidiospores. Ascospores are produced in case of sexual reproduction. These ascospores are produced in sac-like asci. So, the correct answer is option D
