Solution

The correct option is A 15 km
Anil left home and cycled 10 km Southwards.
Now he turns right and cycled 5 km.
So, now he is in South-west from his home covering a distance of 15 km.
Again he takes right and cycled 10 km.
So, he is in the same line i.e. in West direction from his home.
Also he is 5 km far from his home.
At last, he turns left and cycle 10 km.
So, he is in the same direction and 15 km far from his home.
Thus, he will have to cycle 15 km to reach home.
Hence, option B is correct.
