Step 1: To find out the money deducted for his provident fund and personal loan

$12\%$of Anil salary is deducted for his provident fund and personal loan $=12\%\times ₹7500$

$$\begin{gathered} =\frac{12}{100}\times ₹7500 \\ =12\times 75 \\ =₹900 \end{gathered}$$

Now, remaining salary of Anil $=₹7500-₹900$

$=₹6600$

Step 2: To find out the money spent on transportation and food

Spending on transportation and food is $6\%$ and $30\%$ respectively of the remaining salary of Anil

Total spending on transportation and food $=\left(6+30\right)\%\times ₹6600$

$=36\%\times ₹6600$
