Ans is ozone gas.

Ozone works well in removing stains from laundry and also for whitening. It works through an oxidation mechanism whereby ozone and an OH radical, which is formed as a breakdown product from ozone and water, can both work as oxidants. It works best in cold water and thus reduces the drying time also.
