$\text{Cost of six bottles of honey}=6\times 300$
$=₹1800$

$\text{Cost of three sarees}=3\times 100$
$=₹300$

$\text{Total cost of items purchased}=300+1800$
$=₹2100$
Let rate of rebate provided be x.

$\Rightarrow$ x% of ₹2100 = ₹210

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{x}{100}\times 2100=210$

$\Rightarrow$ $x=\frac{210\times 100}{2100}=10$

Therefore, government had provided 10% rebate on these products.
