A hypothetical gas whose molecules occupy negligible space and have no interaction, and which consequently obeys the gas law exactly is called ideal gas.
The ideal gas equation is PV= nRT ,
where P = Pressure ,
V = Volume ,
n= number of moles ,
R= Universal Gas constant ,
T =Absolute temperature .

Dimension formula of Universal Gas constant is -
[M¹L²T^-2K^-1]
