Explain any one distinction between suspension and termination with reference to staff dismissal.

Suspension	Termination
In suspension, an employee is barred from the workplace but he is paid a subsistence allowance during the pending period.	In termination the employer-employee relation comes to an end.Hence the employee is not entitled to any payment affter termination.
