(iii) What percentage is $300ml$ of $3litres$?

We know that, $1litre=1000ml\Rightarrow 3litres=3000ml$

Let $300ml$ is $x\%$ of $3000ml$

$\Rightarrow x\%\times 3000=300$

$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow \frac{x}{100}\times 3000=300 \\ \Rightarrow 30x=300 \end{gathered}$$

Transposing $30$ to R.H.S., we get

$x=\frac{300}{30}=10$

Hence, $300ml$ is $10\%$ of $3litres.$
