(i) A proper and disease free breed, suitable and safe farm conditions, proper feed and health care are important components of dairy farm management. Cattle have to be well looked after. Hence, identification of health problems, diseases and rectification by veterinary doctors is mandatory on dairy farms.
(ii) For the elimination of ammonia, a large quantity of water is required. About 300 to 500 ml of water is required for elimination of one gm of ammonia. Due to this reason, ammonotelism is seen in aquatic invertebrates, bony fishes, tadpole larva of the frog.
(iii) Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate is mandatory for all vehicles and industries in order to keep a check on a number of pollutants, being emitted by these sources. Highly polluting industries such as iron, steel, power plants are strictly monitored, a set of rule and regulations are provided to them. Only those vehicles and industries which are practising these regulations are legally certified to exist and function in the environment.
(iv) Organic evolution is defined as a slow, gradual, continuous and irreversible changes through which the present day complex forms have descended from their simple pre-existing forms of the past.
(v) Genotype Of Turner' s syndrome is (44 + X 0).
(vi) RFLP is called Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism. This is commonly used technique for genome mapping and variation analysis.
