1. The cerebrospinal fluid is a fluid that is present inside and outside the brain. It protects the brain against shocks or jerks by absorbing them and keeps the CNS moist.

2. Synapse is the junction between two nerve cells.

3. The cerebrum is the largest part of the brain. Cerebrum controls all the voluntary actions. Separate areas of the cerebrum are specialised for hearing, thinking, leanring, smell and sight.

4. The cerebellum is the part of the human brain which controls homeostasis.
