Solution

Part A : 3 Marks
Part B : 2 Marks

A. When we rub our hands friction between the two hands causes the molecules of surface to vibrate faster. This causes them to generate heat. Hence there is an increase in temprature.
B. More effort will be required to drag on the concrete road as marble is smoother and hence offers less resistance.
