(i) Area of parallelogram = base x $\perp$ ar distance

$=10\ast 8$

$=80c{m}^2$

(ii) Area of parallelogram $=240c{m}^2$

24 = base x $\perp$ ar distance

$\perp$ ar distance $=\frac{240}{20}$

$\perp$ ar distance $=12cm$
