(i) A is Xylem, B is Phloem.
(ii) Water and minerals are transported through the xylem, i.e. the part labelled A.
(iii) Food in the form of sucrose is transported through phloem, i.e. the psrt labelled B.
(iv) In xylem, upwards movement occurs due to diffusion, root pressure, transpiration pull and capillary action.
