Limitations of dimensional analysis are :

(1) : Dimensional analysis does not tell us about the nature of force, velocity, energy etc.

(2) : Dimensional analysis does not tell us about the nature and magnitude of constant.

(3) : Dimensional analysis cannot be used to derive the physical formula if the physical quantity depends on more that three variables.
