Entrepreneurship is an important engine of growth in the economy. Entrepreneurship is the capacity and willingness to formulate, organize and manage a business venture along with anyone its risks to make a profit.

An entrepreneur is a person who starts a new business and usually risks his own money to start the venture. Important characteristics of successful entrepreneurs include risk taking, creativity, initiative, problem solving, organizational skills, communication and independence.
