For finding the greatest number put the greatest digit at the ten-thousand place and the smallest digit at the thousand place, and so on.
The greatest $5 -$ digit number formed by the given digit is $64, 210$
For finding the smallest $5 -$ digit number, we can not put $0$ at the ten-thousand place so put next greater digit than $0$ at the ten-thousand place and then put $0$ and accordingly so on .
The smallest $5 -$ digit number formed by the given digit is $10, 246$
Hence, the smallest and greatest $5 -$ digit number formed is $10, 246$ and $64, 210$ .
