Solution

ECG was invented by Einthoven in 1906. It is also known as electrocardiogram which is a graphical record of electrical events during the cardiac cycle.
The instrument used for recording the heart's electrical variation is known as electrocardiogram in which the potential difference of heart muscles are recorded by a galvanometer.
There are two types of waves; the depolarization and repolarization waves a normal ECG have five stages, P, Q, R, A, T. The impulse of contraction generated by the SA node.
PQRS indicate the spread of impulse of contraction from the AV node to the wall of the ventricle.
The RS of QRS wave and ST interval show the ventricular contraction, it is related to ventricular systole.
The T wave indicates repolarization of ventricles.
