Solution

By adding any dehydrating agent, copper sulphate5water can be dehydrated as they remove the water of crystallization.
For example, a dehydrating agent like conc. sulphuric acid is used, it absorbs water molecules from copper sulphate pentahydrate. As all the water molecules get absorbed by sulphuric acid, the white crystals of copper sulphate are produced.
