Anu can file a case against company, because a warranty card imposes the conditions in the obligation of the company not against seller. As if the product is defected then company's service centre has to repair it.
But if company is refusing its obligation in its regard then Anu can file case against Company as seller is just a dealer only and he has advised Any to go for Company's service centre.
