Any type of sudden change in gene which causes variation we call as mutation, so by using artificial intelligence or techniques would it be possible to mutate that genes according to our will? Would it be possible to produce any super human?

Experiments are going on big scientific labs to produce mutations according to our will. The experiments have been success in most plants. But as of now, the experiments are not carried in humans. So we can't yet say whether we could produce super humans.
