Letter format to change joint account into single account

Respected Sir,
For the past 5 years, my wife and I have had a joint bank account with your reputable bank with account number 493695712365. We’ve opted to handle each cash transaction separately. We would appreciate it if you could assist us in changing our joint account to a single account.
For your convenience, we have included a Xerox copy of the bank passbook as well as a copy of our Aadhar Card.
