Breadth of kitchen $=180$ cm

Area of the kitchen floor $=(l\times b)$

$=(220\times 180)c{m}^2$

$=39,600c{m}^2$

Total no. of tiles needed = $\frac{39,600}{100}$

= $396$ tiles
