According to Archimedes principle, the buoyant force acting on a body which is partially or fully immersed in a fluid, is equal to weight of the fluid displaced by the body.

Buoynat force, $F_{B} = ρ V_{d i s p} g$

where $V_{d i s p}$ = Volume of fluid displaced by the body

$ρ$ = Density of the fluid

$g$ = Accelaration due to gravity
