According to Archimedes principle, the buoyant force acting on a body which is partially or fully immersed in a fluid, is equal to weight of the fluid displaced by the body.

Buoynat force, FB=ρVdispg

where Vdisp = Volume of fluid displaced by the body

ρ = Density of the fluid

g = Accelaration due to gravity
