Solution
Angiosperms:
Angiosperms refer to plants in which the seed is enclosed within the ovary.
Example: mango, apple.
Almost 80% of all land plants are angiosperms. They can be found in all habitats including deserts and the Antarctic.
They possess more efficient stomata as compared to pteridophytes and gymnosperms. These stomata help to minimize water loss through transpiration.
They also have a large number of veins which helps to move water and sugars more easily throughout the plant body.
Angiosperms produce flowers and fruits, providing them with a reproductive advantage.
In conclusion, we can say that angiosperms are successful due to their ability to survive and reproduce more.
