Coenocytic:

A network of hyphae forms a ‘mycelium’.
Coenocytic hyphae form continuous tubes that are filled with multinucleated cytoplasm.
It is found in Phycomycetes.
Basidiomycetes:

Basidiomycetes do not have coenocytic hyphae. Their hyphae contain septae or cross walls.
