Are conductors and electrolytes same? If not explain differences between them with examples.

Conductors and electrolytes are different.

Electrolyte is ionic compound which when dissolve in solvent dissociate into its constituent ions and conduct electricity.

Conductors are the substances which conduct electricity though them due to movement of free electrons and they are generally metals.
