The animals that undergo mating only during a specific time of the year are called seasonal breeders.
This breeding time can range from weeks or months depending upon suitable environmental conditions and the availability of food for the nourishment of the young ones.
Dogs, Frogs, lizards, etc are some examples of seasonal breeders.
Continuous breeders
These animals are able to mate throughout the year with no specific preference for weeks or months.
The young one can be born at any time of the year and it does not depend on environmental conditions.
Apes, Cattle etc. are some continuous breeders.
Humans
Humans are able to mate any time of the year independent of the environment.
They are able to produce offspring after they attain sexual maturation and can continue doing so up to a certain age.
Thus they are continuous breeders, not seasonal breeders.
