Natural changes:

• Changes that occur naturally are called as natural changes.
• Humans have no control over the occurrence of such changes.
• Example: Changes of seasons, growing of plants, tides in the sea.

Cooking of food:

• Cooking of food is a man made chemical change.
• The entire process of cooking require human effort to make it suitable for our use, like washing and cutting vegetables, cleaning utensils, maintaining appropriate temperature, mixing salts and spices etc
• All the changes in the cooking are controlled by human intervention, Hence cooking of food is not a natural change.
