We know that,
Four terms are said to be an in proportion if
Product of extreme $=$ product of means
Product of extremes $= 5 \times 18$
$= 90$
Product of means $= 6 \times 20$
$= 120$
since $5 \times 18 \neq 6 \times 20$
Hence, $5, 6, 20, 18$ are not in proportion
