According to me in rest but as we say that the earth rotates so every object weather man , animal , tree , bus , car everything if it is stationary but will also be considered as motion is it so why what is the reason are they in rest or in motion

Depends upon the point of reference.

When you are watching from the class , the walls are stationary.

But if you are observing from outer space (like moon ) , the walls will be in motion.

So point of reference will establish the motion or stationary state.
