A mode of reproduction in which a single parent produces a new offspring
.
The offsprings are identical to the parents.
Example- Bacteria, Hydras, etc.
Reproduction in worms:
Either sexual or asexual.
All worms are not asexual.
For instance, earthworms are hermaphroditic organisms.
Hermaphrodite is an individual that has both male & female reproductive organs.
However, worms without sexual organs reproduce through fission.
