Area of the rectangle $= 14 c m \times 11 c m = 154 c m^{2}$

Now , Area of circle $= 154 c m^{2} = π r^{2}$

$∴ r^{2} = \frac{154}{π} = 49$ (take $π a s \frac{22}{7})$

$\Rightarrow r = 7 c m$
