We know that
$\frac{1}{2} d_{1} \times d_{2} = 56$

Therefore,
$\frac{1}{2} \times 7 \times d_{2} \Rightarrow d_{2} = 16$

Perimeter $= \sqrt[2]{d_{1}^{2} + d_{2}^{2}} = \sqrt[2]{49 + 256} = \sqrt[2]{305}$

Hence, this is the answer.
