Area $=210m^2$

Let $x$ be other parallel side

$\text{Area of trapezium}=\frac{1}{2}\times \text{Sum of parallel sides}\times \text{Distance between them}.$

Area $=\frac{1}{2}\times 15\times (12+x)$

$210=\frac{15}{2}(12+x)$

$28=12+x$

$x=16m$ (Answer)
