7x2y+10=0 ---(1)


7x+2y10=0 ---(2)


y=2 ---(3)


Add 1 & 2,


7x=0


x=0 & y=5


From 1 & 3,


y=2,x=2


From 2 & 3,


y=2,x=2


So, triangle ABC


area of ΔABC=12[x1(y2y3)+x2(y3y1)+x3(y1y2)]


=12[0(2+2)+(2)(7)+2(7)]


=282=14 sq. units
