Question

Army tanks are provided with Caterpillar tracks .what is the reason for this

Solution

Army tanks are heavier. If they are given wheels they would be sucked to loose grounds. By giving tracks the whole weight is distributed all over the ground so as to decrease the pressure per unit area, so they can move along any grounds without hassle.
