Taking LCM of $5,6,15,20=60$

Now. we will write each fraction in such a way that they have the same denominator $=60$

$$\begin{gathered} \frac{-19}{15}=\frac{-19\times 4}{15\times 4}=\frac{-76}{60} \\ \frac{7}{20}=\frac{7\times 3}{20\times 3}=\frac{21}{60} \\ \frac{-5}{6}=\frac{-5\times 10}{6\times 10}=\frac{-50}{60} \\ \frac{-7}{20}=\frac{-7\times 3}{20\times 3}=\frac{-21}{60} \\ \frac{3}{5}=\frac{3\times 12}{5\times 12}=\frac{36}{60} \end{gathered}$$
