Solution

The correct option is C S P R Q T
The first statement in the sequence should be the one that introduces a new topic. It should not be a continuation or extension of a topic.
S is first in the sequence: S starts to describe the subject saying that he was gentle and tolerant. P cannot be first as it describes conditional nature of the subject. T does not make any sense in the beginning. The word 'while' is used to introduce a condition in the future.
S is followed by P: It introduces the above mentioned condition. It says that in some condition the subject was sensitive and resentful.
P is followed by R: R tells us about the condition. It says that he was sensitive and resentful when there was implied discourtesy.
R is followed by Q: Q tells us who this implied discourtesy was toward. It was towards the country and also someone.
Q is followed by T: T tells us who the someone mentioned in Q is. That someone is a person he holds in honour. Thus, it is the direct continuation of Q
Thus, the correct sequence is S P R Q T. Hence, B is the correct option.
