Solution

The correct option is C P R Q S
The first sentence in the sequence should be the one that introduces a new topic. It cannot be a phrase that is an extension or continuation of a topic.
P is the first in sequence: P talks about the very beginning of the Ford company. It talks about the first sale made by Henry Ford. Thus, it is the first in sequence.
P is followed by R: R is an extension of P. P tells us that Ford wanted the best for his customers and R tells us that providing the best has been the company policy.
R is followed by Q: Q further elaborates on the point discussed in R. R gives some facts in order to justify the claim made in R.
Q is followed by S: S is a conclusion for Q. Q says that Ford is committed to delivering the finest products and so, S concludes that a vehicle is ready only when it passes a certain test.
Thus, the correct sequence is P R Q S. Hence, B is the correct option.
