Solution

The correct option is C Q R S P
The first phrase of the sequence is the one that introduces a new topic. It should not be a continuation or extension of a topic.
Q is first in the sequence: It is the only phrase that introduces a new topic. It starts the discussion on John F. Kennedy and his presidency. Thus, only option B or D can be correct.
Q is followed by R: Q could have been followed by either R or P. P is more of a concluding point than a discussing point. R continues the discussion started by Q. It discusses how he(Kennedy) outdid Nixon in the debates and thereby won presidency(as mentioned in Q).
R is followed by S: Q and R follow an anti-climactic sequence. S is thus, the logical follower of R as it talks about Kennedy's campaign that happened before the debates.
S is followed by P: P is the last remaining phrase. As mentioned earlier, it is a concluding statement. After discussing Kennedy's journey to becoming president, it concludes the discussion by talking about his inaugural speech.
Thus, the correct sequence is Q R S P. Hence, B is the correct option.
