Solution

Plants without well differentiated plant body are placed under Thallophyta.
Bryophytes have leaf-like, stem-like and root-like structures. They do not have vascular tissue.
Pteridophytes have vascular tissue, stems, roots and leaves.
Gymnosperms have proper differentiation and they produce seeds.
Angiosperms are the only division in plants that produce fruits. Their seeds are enclosed inside fruits.
