Solution
The pollen grains are released from the anther. Pollination is the transfer of pollen grains from an anther to the stigma in a flowering plant.
The stigma receives the pollen grains. After the pollen lands on the stigma, it starts to produce a pollen tube.
This tube goes downwards through the style and finally reaches the ovule where fertilisation takes place.
