NO2 group and CHO group are electron withdrawing groups. They stabilize the carboxylate anion through negative resonance effect. Hence, compounds (II) and (IV) are more reactive towards hydrolysis than compound (I).
CH3 group is electron releasing group. It destabilized the carboxylate anion through positive resonance effect. Hence, compound (III) is less reactive towards hydrolysis than compound (I).
Thus the order of the reactivity for hydrolysis reaction is II>IV>I>III
