Solution

The correct option is C 2,4,1,5,3
Jahangir succeeded Akbar as the Mughal Emperor. His son, Khusrau, rebelled against him for the throne. Khusrau approached Guru Arjan Dev Ji for his blessings; the Guruji welcomed him and offered him the langar. When Jahangir heard of this, he ordered for Guru Arjan Dev’s arrest; on 24 May 1606, he imprisoned the Guruji in Lahore. Guru Arjan Dev was tortured and executed on 30 May 1606.
