Solution

The correct option is D

Oxygen, ammonium chloride, sulphuric acid

Oxygen (O2) has 2 oxygen atoms,

Ammonium chloride (NH4Cl) has 1 nitrogen, 4 hydrogen, and 1 chlorine atom.

Sulphuric acid (H2SO4) has 2 hydrogen, 1 sulphur, and 4 oxygen atoms.

Atomicity of oxygen(O2), ammonium chloride (NH4Cl) and sulphuric acid (H2SO4) are 2, 6, and 7 respectively.

So the order of atomicity is oxygen < ammonium chloride < sulphuric acid
