Solution

The correct option is C

Oxygen, Ammonium Chloride, Sulphuric acid.

Atomicity is the total number of atoms present in the molecule.

  • Oxygen molecule (O2) has 2 oxygen atoms. So, its atomicity is 2.
  • Sulphuric acid (H2SO4) has 2 hydrogen, 1 sulphur and 4 oxygen atoms. So, its atomicity is 7.
  • Ammonium chloride (NH4Cl) has 1 nitrogen atom, 4 hydrogen atom and 1 chlorine atom. So, its atomicity is 6.
So, the order of atomicity is Oxygen < Ammonium Chloride < Sulphuric acid.
