The correct option is D II>III>I>IV
Boiling point depends on van der Waal force of attraction. When van der Waal force is more then its boiling point is more as more energy is required to separate the molecules. When hydrogen bnding is present then boiling point is more. In the above list n-butanol has hydrogen bonding so it has the highest boiling point. In the other which have more molecular weight its boiling point is more. n-butyl chloride has higher boiling point as its molecular weight is. Next isobetanu has less boiling point than the n-butane as isobutane has more symmetry. So option D is the correct answer.
